Our Hire Controllers are key to the performance of our branches. Join us and become part of our amazing operational branch team in maintaining our place as Nation's leading Tool hire business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customers over the counter & on the telephone
  • Maximise hire and sales revenue
  • Cover deliveries and collections when essential to business demands
  • Ensure vehicle are always loaded safely and in line with company procedures
  • Responsible for appropriate branch presentation
  • Carry out daily compliance and H&S checks, as directed
  • Assist and attend stock takes as required
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Commercial mind‑set and aware of importance of service delivery
  • Effective communicator with ability to influence and empathise
  • Good attention to detail and IT skills
  • Knowledge of local area
  • Valid driving licence
