• NVQ3 or equivalent in Civil Engineering or relevant subjects, or GCSE (Grades A–C or 9-4).
• Experience in an engineering environment such as highways or civil construction is highly valuable.
• Project/commercial experience delivering to agreed time, quality, and cost outcomes.
• Experience liaising with customers, preparation of materials for meetings, and problem investigation.
• Strong attention to detail in capturing and retrieving information using digital systems.
• Ability to interpret and produce clear technical and non-technical reports.
• Good written and verbal communication and solid organizational skills.
