A prominent healthcare organization in Scotland is seeking an experienced speech and language therapist to join their team in Forth Valley. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical and leadership roles within acute and community settings, specializing in stroke and complex dysphagia management. The position offers the opportunity to supervise junior staff and develop training programs related to therapy processes. Travel within the Forth Valley area is required.
Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity* for 12 months to cover substantive post holders secondment leave.
*Secondment Opportunity – Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager. The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.

The post holder will work clinically and provide a leadership and advisory role for speech and language therapists working in stroke, MDT colleagues and other partners working both in acute and community settings in Forth Valley.
