A large teaching hospital in Wirral is seeking a part-time Highly Specialised Cardiac Physiologist - Echocardiographer to join their multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in echocardiography and be working towards BSE accreditation. The Cardio-Respiratory Department at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Part time Highly Specialised Cardiac Physiologist- Echocardiographer to join our busy, expanding multi-disciplinary team.
At the present time Wirral University Teaching Hospital has 8 Cardiologists and 7 Respiratory Physicians and is developing services in a variety of areas of the department. The post would suit ETP/STP (with Echo as their chosen interest) students or individuals who are working towards their BSE accreditation and would be employed as an Annex 21. Once successful in achieving your BSE accreditation there will be a preceptorship to ensure you have the experience and skills that are necessary to independently work across all non-invasive services including line management duties.
