A leading educational institution in Cheltenham seeks a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support students in literacy. This permanent position offers approximately 30 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will inspire students to achieve their best, working closely with the SEND Leadership Team. This role is essential for promoting an inclusive and effective learning environment, tailored to the needs of every student. Permanent, approximately 30 hours per week, (flexible for the right candidate) 39 weeks per annum, SCP Point 9 (£27,254.09 per annum). (Approximate pro rata salary for this role based on 30 hours will be £18,964.80 per annum)
We are looking for an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join us. The successful candidate will be highly capable, who works with students to make a difference, are passionate about their education and are able to inspire students to give and achieve their best. The HLTA will work under the Deputy Headteacher and Deputy SENDco, and will take a lead role in coordinating and supporting students with literacy needs.
