• Experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) preferred.

• Ability to cover whole classes when needed.

Term Time Teachers are currently working with a range of fantastic Primary schools across East Sussex, and we're on the lookout for experienced, enthusiastic HLTAs to join our team to help in and around the Wadhurst area.

• Confidence in leading small groups and covering whole classes when needed
• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting children's learning
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
