Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - 120 - 135 per day - Term-Time Contract

A well-regarded Primary School in the Borough of Bromley is seeking Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join their team from September 2025. This is a term-time only role paid on a daily rate.

What will this HLTA position involve?

• Delivering planned learning activities and supporting children both in and out of the classroom
• Taking responsibility for whole classes in the absence of teachers
• Supporting children with additional learning needs and promoting inclusion
• Collaborating with teaching staff to contribute to lesson planning and children's progress
• Assisting with assessment, monitoring, and reporting on pupil development

• Supporting teaching and learning across key stages in a primary school
• Leading classes when required and assisting teachers in delivering curriculum
• 120 - 135 per day - Term-Time Contract (Daily pay based on experience)
