Role Information

• FTE Salary: Up to £29,868.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
• Actual Salary: Up to £25,919.62
• Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only
• Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support learners academically and pastorally during cover periods.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with college policies.
• Complete attendance records and any required administrative tasks.
• Liaise with subject lecturers and curriculum teams to ensure smooth learning continuity.
