About the Role

  • Qualified HLTA (or equivalent Level 4) working across Key Stage 1 & 2.
  • Deliver support for whole classes, small groups and 1:1 interventions.
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation and assessments.
  • Support pupils with SEND through structured intervention programmes.
  • Supervise breaktimes, outdoor/play activities and transitions.

You'll bring

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a primary setting.
  • Proven track record working in KS1/KS2 classrooms supporting curriculum delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and positive classroom presence.
  • Experience with SEND support strategies and intervention delivery.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and right to work in the UK.
