Qualifications

• Proven experience repairing and maintaining vehicles.
• LGV/HGV/PCV licence an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles & trailers to VOSA standard.
• Diagnose and rectify all types of HGV faults.
• Ensure health & safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to.

Skills

Technical qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ)

Ability to work within guidelines and deadlines

Ability to work under pressure

Good verbal communication skills

Excellent customer care skills

Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks

Awareness of health and safety requirements
