Job summary

A leading automotive recruitment firm is seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join a well-established client in Normanton on Trent. This role offers the opportunity to work with a fleet of vehicles, performing service, maintenance, and repairs. Candidates should hold a class 1 or 2 HGV license and have experience with various LGV and HGV vehicles. The position provides a competitive salary of around £43k annually, with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry out 6 weekly inspections.

• Prepare vehicles for MOT.

Questech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading client for an experienced HGV Technician. This is an excellent chance for a Technician to join an industry leading, well established client with excellent career opportunities.

The Role

You will be an apprentice trained, fully qualified HGV Technician that preferably holds a class 1 or 2 HGV license and has experience working with a variety of LGV and HGV vehicles.

Duties

• Carrying out Service, Maintenance and Repair of a fleet of vehicles.
• MOT prep.
• Diagnosing faults.
• Carrying out 6 weekly inspections.

Hours

You will be working Monday to Friday on a rotating early and late shift.

Pay Rate

Annual salary works out circa £43k with OT available on top.
