Qualifications

• Must be a fully qualified HGV Technician or have equivalent skills.
• Preferably holds a class 1 or 2 HGV license.
• Experience with a variety of LGV and HGV vehicles required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Service, Maintenance and Repair of a mixed fleet of vehicles.
• Performing MOT prep and diagnosing faults.
• Conducting 6 weekly inspections.

Overview

Questech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading client for an experienced HGV Technician. This is an excellent chance for a technician to join an industry leading, well-established client with excellent career opportunities.

The Role

You will be a fully qualified HGV Technician (or equivalent) that preferably holds a class 1 or 2 HGV license and has experience working with a variety of LGV and HGV vehicles.

Duties

• Carrying out Service, Maintenance and Repair of a mixed fleet of vehicles.
• MOT prep
• Diagnosing faults
• Carrying out 6 weekly inspections

Hours

You will be working Monday to Friday on a day shift. OT available on top of basic hours. There is also a perm backshift working 4 x 10 hour shifts Mon - Thurs or Tues - Fri.

Pay Rate

Base Hourly is £21.70 per hour on a day shift. Extra shift allowance on the backshift.
