Duties

Driving and Delivering : Operate articulated lorries (HGVs) over 3.5 tonnes, transporting goods to various locations, including local, national deliveries.

Loading and Unloading : Supervise the loading of vehicles to ensure that all items are secured properly for transit, minimizing the risk of damage.

Route Planning : Plan delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations, adapting to traffic and weather conditions as necessary.

Customer Interaction : Maintain regular contact with site personnel and provide exceptional customer service during deliveries.

Compliance : Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies, including vehicle maintenance checks and reporting any issues.
