A leading recruitment agency in the Southampton area seeks multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a team. The roles involve securely transporting packages, assisting with vehicle loading/unloading, and interacting with customers. Successful candidates must have a valid UK driving licence, DCPC, and experience with HGV vehicles. Pay rates are £15.79 per hour for days and £17.35 for nights, with flexible hours available.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence for the relevant licence.
• Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Experience on the relevant vehicle required.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.
• Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.

Responsibilities

• Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.
• Assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle.
• Interacting with customers and representing the company professionally.
