Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking experienced HGV Car Transporter Drivers as well as Trainee Drivers for a permanent role. The successful candidates will undergo extensive training, including two weeks of paid Car Transporter specific training followed by shadowing an experienced driver. Igloo is recruiting experienced HGV Car Transporter Drivers and Trainee Car Transporter Drivers for our client on a permanent contract. Experienced Car Transporter Drivers and HGV Class 2 Drivers with no experience on car transporters are welcome to apply.

This is your opportunity to break into the world of Car Transporting. For the successful applicants, full training will be provided to those with an exemplary record and experience of HGV driving. Training will consist of two weeks of Car Transporter specific training by the best Trainers in the business at the best Training Academy in the UK – Paid, followed by a week of shadowing an experienced Car Transporter Driver.

Responsibilities

• Complete two weeks of Car Transporter specific training (paid) and one week of shadowing an experienced Car Transporter Driver.
• Be prepared for a permanent role with the client.

Qualifications

• Hold a HGV Category C (Class 2) licence
• Hold a valid digital tachograph card (Digi Card) and a valid CPC
• No more than 6 points on your license
• Polite and pleasant personality
• Smart appearance as you will be customer facing
