Job summary

A logistics company in the UK is recruiting Class 1 Night Drivers with tautliner experience. The role involves moving paint products locally in the Humber Region or nationwide, requiring a CE Licence with a minimum of 12 months of experience. Candidates must have a clean driving record and a good understanding of Working Time Directives. Good geographical knowledge of the Humber Region is essential. Shifts can start from 16:00 and vary from 10 to 12 hours, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must not have DD, DR, IN10s on the driving record.
• Minimum of 6 Points on the licence.
• Good understanding of Working Time Directives.
• High regard for Health and Safety at Work.

Responsibilities

The Best Connection - Hull, are seeking to recruit Class 1 (CE) Night Drivers with tautliner experience.

After conducting and passing a driving assessment and induction, the role will be on going for the correct candidate.

The role will involve the movement of paint products either local to the Humber Region or nationwide.

Hours of work will vary with start times from 16:00 with 10 to 12 hour shifts depending on work load over a 5 day period Monday to Friday.

Driver requirements:

• CE Licence (Min 12 months)
• No DD, DR, IN10s
• Min 6 Points on licence
• CPC
• Digital Tacho
• Good understanding of WTDs (Working Time Directives)
• High regards to HASAW (Health and Safety at Work)
• Good geographical knowledge of the Humber Region
• Flexible attitude
