Qualifications

• Significant industry experience in Bus and Coach operations, maintenance, or engineering.
• Teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Full support and funding provided to achieve teaching qualification if not held.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver Bus and Coach apprenticeship training.
• Lead and mentor apprentices through engaging activities.
• Conduct vocational assessments on-site and off-site.
• Share knowledge and technical expertise across all areas.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure learner success.
