Overview

Caremark is currently recruiting Full time or Part time Domiciliary Care Workers. Locations: Hemel Hempstead, covering HP1, HP2 and HP3.

Caremark is a well-established and valued home care provider offering home care, personal support, home help, and companionship services. We aim to deliver high standards of professional care and support to clients so they can remain in their homes. We value our Care Workers and encourage development of skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home care, personal support, home help, and companionship to clients in their own homes.
• Support clients to remain independent; assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication prompting/administration, washing and dressing, and personal care (toileting and incontinence care) as required.
• Encourage independence where possible and appropriate to the client’s needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full driving license and have access to a car (essential).
• Previous care experience is preferred but not always required.
• Passionate and enthusiastic about helping people.
• Available to work alternate weekends.
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently.

Shift Patterns

0645 – 1500 and 1500 – 2200. Full-time and part-time hours available.
