Job summary

A leading staffing agency is seeking a Help-desk Administrator in Salford. This temp to perm role requires customer service experience and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for achieving KPIs and providing professional customer service. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with some weekend work from home. Ideal candidates will have experience in helpdesk roles and be proficient in computer databases. Salary ranges from £25,500 to £26,000.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service or helpdesk role.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Familiarity with computer databases and their applications.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) related to customer service and attendance.
  • Provide accurate records of service requests in the appropriate systems.
  • Deliver customer service that meets or exceeds commitments.
