Qualifications

• Fully qualified to an advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Heavy vehicle or equivalent).
• Proven Vehicle Technician experience on a wide range of vehicles, e.g., LCV / HGV.
• Hold a full manual UK driving license, preferably an HGV license with trailer experience.
• Ability to work on a flexible shift rota and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on vehicles.
• Use personal toolkit for routine maintenance and repair of heavy goods vehicles.

We're recruiting an IMI Level 3 qualified mechanic at CoventryWorkshop on a Permanent contract, with the potential to earn over £70,000 per annum including overtime.

Working Hours: Full time - 39.5 hours per week. Flexible Start times available between 06:00 and 08:00, Monday to Friday, working 8h 24m per day. Saturday working will be required on a rotational basis.

A bit about you

• Qualified mechanic: you’re fully qualified to an advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Heavy vehicle or equivalent). You’ve got your own toolkit for standard repairs.
• Varied vehicle experience: Proven Vehicle Technician experience working on a wide range of vehicles, for example LCV / HGV.
• Valid UK driving license: You hold a full manual UK driving licence, preferably an HGV licence with trailer experience for Heavy technicians.
• Flexible to service demands: you’re able to work on a flexible shift rota. You’re always willing to support your team where necessary.
