About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team, specialising in private healthcare providers and care homes. This role offers full ownership of your desk, allowing you to develop client relationships, source high-quality candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process end to end.

You will work closely with care homes, private hospitals, and healthcare groups to deliver reliable, compliant staffing solutions while building a strong and profitable desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a full 360 recruitment desk within private healthcare and care homes
  • Win new business and grow existing client relationships
  • Source, screen, and place healthcare professionals including nurses, carers, support workers, and management staff
  • Conduct candidate interviews, manage compliance, and oversee onboarding
  • Negotiate terms, fees, and offers with clients and candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial vacancy through to placement and aftercare
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets
About You

Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (healthcare preferred)

Strong knowledge of private healthcare and / or care home recruitment
