We are growing and currently employ 900 people worldwide. We provide Prosthetic, Orthotic, Seating and Wheelchair rehabilitation to patients on behalf of the NHS and Military and offer services to privately funded individuals.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly accomplished, motivated, and proactive Healthcare Partnership Manager to lead the commercial delivery and optimisation of NHS contracts across the UK.

As Healthcare Partnership Manager, you will maintain and develop trusted relationships with existing NHS commissioners and procurement leads, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, contract retention, and readiness for future tendering opportunities.

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of NHS tenders, framework applications and contract extension and negotiation.
  • Monitoring and reporting on contract-specific EBITDA, taking proactive action to resolve underperformance.
  • Identifying and developing commercial growth opportunities within existing contracts.
  • Working with the Operations Lead, owning the financial and operational performance of allocated contracts, ensuring delivery against KPIs, SLAs and profit margins.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of NHS procurement routes, framework agreements (e.g., SBS, NHS Supply Chain, local IC models) and policy developments affecting commercial engagement.
  • Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with NHS procurement leads and commissioning teams, understanding local priorities and adapting responses accordingly.
  • Supporting business development by contributing commercial insight into pipeline planning and ensuring continuity between pre- and post-tender delivery.
  • Representing Blatchford at a senior level with NHS commissioners, procurement teams, and external stakeholders, acting as the commercial voice of the UK Clinical Business.
  • Providing leadership, mentoring, and commercial development to Centre Managers and wider teams.
