• Strong understanding of healthcare estates and engineering systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Support Contract Director in business risk activities.
• Gather and produce detailed asset data reports.
• Manage compliance with asset information.
• Review audit findings and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain health and safety documentation.
• Ensure completion of tasks in CAFM system.
