Responsibilities

• Support site staff and divisional director in service delivery and account management.
• Promote service efficiency and corporate values at the customer site.
• Ensure timely stock distribution and shelving from delivery.
• Conduct cycle-counting and ad-hoc stock-takes.
• Manage stock proactively and flag over/under consumption.
• Ensure all purchase orders are authorized as per Trust requirements.
• Train and support Trust staff in Genmed systems.
• Adhere to reporting system and processes, managing exceptions.
• Communicate effectively with customer staff and resolve queries.
• Liaise with supplier and sub-contractor staff.
