Overview

Do you have a passion for maintaining a safe and clean workplace? Do you enjoy working as part of a team while providing excellent customer service? As a Cleaner with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers, colleagues, and service users. This role is based within a Mental Health Unit, where you will work respectfully and professionally alongside service users to support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
  • Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers, vacuuming/wet and dry mopping
  • Ensure all chemical and cleaning solutions are used correctly
  • Ensure a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety regulations and standards
  • Report any dangers, near misses or hazards you encounter to your manager
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
  • A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
  • Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
  • Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
