A mental health care organization is seeking experienced Healthcare Support Workers to join their committed team. You will be involved in the assessment, care, and treatment of patients experiencing mental health crises, providing recovery-oriented care. Experience in Mental Health, flexibility, and strong communication skills are essential for this role, which requires full availability for varying shifts.

Sherwood Oaks Hospital has 4 acute mental health wards (2 for females and 2 for males) for adults aged 18–65 with varied mental health conditions in the Nottingham city and wider county area. We are part of #TeamNottsHC, delivering intellectual disability, mental health, community health, forensic, and offender healthcare services across multiple counties from over 200 sites, including community locations, acute settings, and secure environments.

DBS checks are required and costs are deducted from salary after appointment, with standard DBS at £26.40 or enhanced DBS at £54.40. You may enrol in the DBS Update Service for an annual fee of £16.
