Overview

Working alongside the outpatient team, your role would be to support the team in setting and maintaining person-centred high quality care and ensuring that patient safety and the patient experience are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Support the outpatient team in delivering person-centred high-quality care.
• Help ensure patient safety and a positive patient experience.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of the clinics.
• Be proactive, forward-thinking and a committed team member focused on service excellence.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• A desire to develop knowledge and skills and engage in professional development.
• Motivated, a good team player and flexible to clinic needs.
