A leading health organization in Buckinghamshire is looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants to provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients and their families. The role involves supporting hygiene, nutrition, and overall wellbeing in a multidisciplinary community team. Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and recent experience in a care environment. This position offers night shifts, a competitive salary of £24,465 with enhancements, and opportunities for professional development.
We invite qualified candidates to become part of our multidisciplinary community team in Buckinghamshire as a Healthcare Assistant. This role involves providing holistic, person-centred end-of-life care and support to individuals and their families, ensuring that they receive compassionate and thorough assistance during essential periods.
Your duties will include monitoring and maintaining patients' skin integrity and personal hygiene, supporting their nutritional needs, ensuring they get adequate rest and sleep, and assisting with mobility. You will also help keep the care environment clean and organised and provide essential support in symptom management.
You will demonstrate empathetic and professional communication with patients and their significant others, consistently providing high-quality personal care and support to enhance overall wellbeing.

We providefree specialist care and support to patients with terminal illnesses whilstoffering vital emotional support for their families. It's all about giving themthe best possible quality of life. The support we offer is tailored to meetindividuals' medical, social, spiritual and emotional needs.
We want a differentsociety than the one we live in now. Our mission for the next five years is toclose the gap in the number of people missing out on what they need at theend‑of‑life.
Contract: Permanent, available as full-timeor reduced hours; multiple openings
Work Schedule: Night Shifts: Monday to Sunday, including bankholidays
Shift hours: 10:00pm6:30am
Salary: £24,465 per Annumprorated, Plus Night‑time Enhancements
