We have an exciting opportunity to join our new Acute Frailty Hub. If you are a healthcare assistant looking to work in a fast-paced, energetic, caring and supportive environment, this is the post for you.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work under the direct supervision of a registered health care professional and assist the healthcare team with personal care delivery for a defined group of patients. They will perform a range of clinical duties/tasks, ensuring that actions are undertaken by the individual following appropriate training and within their sphere of competence.
