A healthcare practice in Oldham seeks a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities include assisting clinical staff, monitoring patient health, and maintaining clinical equipment. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare and relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care. This part-time role involves 18 hours per week with specific shifts. CH Medical are looking for an experienced, compassionate and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly and supportive practice team. The Healthcare Assistant will deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education. The successful candidate will work alongside our existing nursing team which currently comprises of a Trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 3 Practice Nurses and 3 Healthcare Assistants.
The ideal candidate will have previous HCA experience (preferably within general practice and with relevant qualifications) and be committed to providing patient focused care. They should be a good team player with a flexible approach to providing a high standard of care to patients.
Good IT skills are required, and knowledge of EMIS Web would be desirable.
This role is offered on 18 hour per week basis as follows:

Job summary:
Working under the direct supervision of the Practice Nurses and strictly in accordance with specific Practice guidelines and protocols, the Healthcare Assistant will assist the Practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.
