Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
  • Support the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and any changes in condition.
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
  • Drive patients to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to IT systems used for patient management and documentation.
  • Foster a warm and supportive environment that promotes dignity and respect for all patients.
Qualifications
