A leading healthcare provider in the UK based in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated healthcare assistant to support registered nurses and ensure patient care. This role involves assisting in nursing care implementation, promoting health and safety, and contributing to effective team working. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to continuous development and safeguarding patient rights, with a focus on best practices and compliance with Trust policies.
Assist the registered nurse in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. Work collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their relatives/carers. To practice competently, you must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities required for lawful, safe and effective practice without direct supervision. You must acknowledge the limits of your professional competence and only undertake practice and accept responsibilities for those activities in which you are competent; this includes the use of medical equipment.
