A healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role requires enthusiastic and compassionate individuals, preferably with prior experience, to work well in teams and participate in training. Full-time commitment is essential, and candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Working under the direct supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse who delegates tasks to the post holder. The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) will deliver high quality nursing care to patients, as part of a team. The post holder is responsible for their own practice, working within the defined limits of competence and within the scope of the role. The registered nurse retains accountability for the care delivered by the HCA.
Hours of work are full time 37.5 hours per week; part-time working hour requests will not be considered.
