Shift Work – Hours per week

• Early Shift: 07:15 – 15:15
• Late Shift: 13:15 – 21:15
• Night Shift: 20:45 – 07:45

Main duties of the role

As a Health Care Assistant / Support Worker you will be responsible for participating in and assisting with the delivery of safe and compassionate care of a high standard under the supervision of registered nurses.

You will assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, nutritional and dietary support, record observations and undertake additional supportive tasks such as venepuncture, catheter care and ECG recording as directed.

Qualifications, Training & Experience

• GCSE English and Maths (C and above) or equivalent Adult Literacy and Numeracy
• NVQ Level 3 in a health or social care related area
• Care Certificate
