About the Role

We\'re looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join a caring team supporting residents with dementia, mental health needs, and physical disabilities. Your role will include assisting with personal care, daily routines, safe mobility, medication support, and documenting care in line with procedures.

  • Provide person-centred care with dignity and respect.

  • Support residents with hygiene, meals, and activities.

  • Build meaningful relationships to make them feel at home.

  • Document care and work closely with the care team.

  • Follow all policies including safeguarding and infection control.

What We're Looking For
