Overview

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal and emotional care to residents living with advanced dementia.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living in line with their individual care plans.
  • Assist with mobility and ensure the safe moving and handling of residents.
  • Monitor and record residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
  • Promote a stimulating environment that supports residents\' mental and physical well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team, families, and health professionals to maintain excellent standards of care.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care setting preferred, but not essential – full training provided.
  • A compassionate and respectful approach to care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
