A healthcare provider in Barrow-in-Furness is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to assist individuals impacted by drug and alcohol use. Responsibilities include delivering care, conducting healthcare assessments, and providing support to a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have experience in the drug and alcohol sector and a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
You will be part of a team delivering support and interventions to individuals impacted by drug and alcohol use. Your role will focus on the general health needs of service users as well as supporting the team in the delivery of appropriate interventions, designed to promote recovery.
