Qualifications

• Nursing qualification in a preferred specialism of adult nursing, theatres or mental health.
• Management or supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Experience in delivering apprenticeships or educational programme equivalents desired.
• Assessment qualification (TAQA, A1, V1) is desirable, willing to support achievement.
• High level of professionalism and motivation to inspire students.

Responsibilities

• Coach and assess apprentices in Healthcare and Senior Healthcare Support Worker apprenticeships.
• Deliver teaching sessions and conduct workplace assessments.
• Carry out formal workplace reviews with apprentices and employers.
• Create tailored action plans with employers for apprentice success.
• Support apprentices with personal development and workplace skills.
