Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable qualified Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) to join our caring and progressive Health Visiting service. The closing date is 02 October 2025.

Main duties and responsibilities

What will the role involve?

  • Contributing to antenatal and postnatal care programmes
  • Completing HCP mandated reviews, packages of care and safeguarding
  • Supporting in the supervision/line management and development of colleagues
  • Undertaking a range of competent clinical and non-clinical interventions to support outcomes for families and the service
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings
  • Building relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment

We have full and part-time opportunities ranging from a minimum of 22.5 hours to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week between 9am to 5pm. This role is a community-based role, so the majority of duties will be carried out between your base and community settings or client homes.
