Health Sector Consultants - NHS

We are seeking experienced health sector consultants to support a growing portfolio of NHS transformation and delivery projects. These roles will contribute to programmes across NHS Hospitals and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), with a focus on digital delivery, productivity improvement, operating model design and commissioning transformation. You will join a collaborative, mission‑led consultancy team working across client sites and remotely. We are looking for individuals who can bring deep NHS experience and hit the ground running in a delivery‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support the delivery of NHS transformation programmes across acute providers and ICSS.
  • Analyse data to support productivity improvements (eg outpatient, theatre, flow).
  • Design and implement new service or operating models within hospital or system settings.
Experience and Skills
Essential:
  • Demonstrable experience in NHS settings – ideally within hospitals, ICSS or national bodies.
  • Strong understanding of NHS operations, commissioning, digital health or productivity challenges.
  • Proven consulting, delivery or project management experience in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent communication, analysis and problem‑solving skills.
Desirable:
  • Experience delivering change programmes in areas such as:
    • Digital transformation (eg EPR implementation)
    • Clinical service redesign
    • Operating model or TOM development
    • Strategic commissioning or elective care recovery
