A leading specialist contractor in Central London is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to oversee a major redevelopment project. You will lead Health & Safety delivery, conduct audits & inspections, and ensure compliance on site. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of construction Health & Safety experience and comes from a relevant background. The role offers a salary of up to GBP80,000, travel expenses covered, and numerous benefits including paid training.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in construction Health & Safety.
• Experience in Major Construction, Demolition, Cut & Carve or similar structural projects.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a live construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health & Safety delivery on site.
• Carry out inductions, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Review and support the development of RAMS.
• Monitor compliance across subcontractors and direct labour.
• Work with site-based H&S professionals and report to the Group H&S Manager.
