Backed by a central technical design and engineering resource, we can deliver the full range of piling, precast concrete, post-tensioning and structures techniques. The Health&Safetyprofessionalwilllead and manage health and safety delivery within Expanded and measureHealth&Safetyperformance against strategicdeliverables.

What will the role look like?

• Provide local advice andsupportnecessaryto assist managers and staff to fulfil theirsafetyresponsibilitiesto the high standards demanded by the business.
• Facilitateand coachoperationalteams onInclusion&Wellbeingand the respectiveengagementtools, which will allow the team to engageeffectivelywith the workforce.
• Carry out relevantHealth&Safetyassuranceactivities, providingconfidenceto the business thatoperationaleffectivenessof all relevant processes are being delivered.
