A leading services provider is seeking a QSHE Manager to oversee health and safety at the University of Greenwich. The role involves developing safety culture, managing incidents, and advising management, requiring NEBOSH certification and experience in facilities management. Work Pattern: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 40
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum plus 5% bonus and £1,300 flexible benefit fund

At Sodexo Universities, we’re looking for a QSHE Manager to lead our Health & Safety agenda across the University of Greenwich contract—spanning busy student spaces, specialist facilities, and beautiful listed buildings. You’ll be the visible, trusted expert who turns compliance into clear, everyday behaviours: coaching managers, sharpening our integrated management system, and driving a genuine zero-harm culture across all IFM services. Reporting to the Contract & Compliance Manager and partnering closely with the Partnership Director, you’ll set the pace on statutory training and competency, dig into incidents with real root-cause rigour, and use data to spot trends before they become issues, always keeping client expectations front and centre.
