A leading consultancy in Health & Safety is seeking a Health & Safety Consultant to provide expert advice and conduct assessments across the South East London area. The ideal candidate should possess NEBOSH and IOSH certification, have significant experience in Health & Safety consulting, and be skilled in communication and reporting. This role offers extensive travel and a competitive salary along with a company car and fringe benefits.
Our client is a notable and thriving organization who deliver professional services, including Health & Safety, training, asbestos management and consultancy work a national client base. Due to consistent growth of the business and current business requirement, they are seeking for a smart, self-motivated and committed Health & Safety Consultant based in and arond the South East London area and will include applications from Epsom, Mitcham, Twickenham, Croydon and the surrounding areas. This role entails travelling extensively.
Ideally, the applicant must come from a strong technical, consultancy, management, training, auditing, Health & Safety, asbestos and Legionella background.
Must possess the NEBOSH – IOSH certificates – Health & Safety qualifications and holding other certificates would be beneficial.
Must have significant experience working within this role and within the Health & Safety industries and having expertise in other industries would be beneficial.
Must have excellent communication, organizational, presentational, leadership, people management and client facing skills.
Proficient in writing Health & Safety reports.
Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety legislation.
Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package – Database.
In general, the successful applicant will be flexible and confident and have the ability to carry out the role effectively and must be prepared to travel extensively.
