We are an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to join our team on a major rail infrastructure project in Bletchley. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance across all site activities, working within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on health, safety, and environmental compliance across civils, highways, infrastructure, rail and track works.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and deliver toolbox talks and training sessions.
  • Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to HSE standards.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Sentinel Card (mandatory for rail/track access).
  • Proven experience in rail or track projects within a construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification desirable.
