A leading community health service provider is seeking passionate Fitness Instructors to deliver high-quality training programs at Market Drayton Leisure Centre. This part-time role involves group fitness sessions, personal training, and evaluating client health and fitness. Candidates must hold a Level 2 Fitness Instruction Certification, with a Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification being an advantage. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to inspiring members and maintaining a safe and clean training environment.

Qualifications

• Essential to have a Level 2 Fitness Instruction Certification.
• Level 3 Personal Trainer Certification preferable but not essential.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Signature Fitness Programmes to clients.
• Track Client Progress systematically.
• Ensure Health & Fitness Evaluations are conducted.
• Onboard New Members effectively.
• Provide Exercise Instruction and Personal Training Services.
• Conduct Group Training sessions in studio and gym.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
• Commit to ongoing Learning and Development.
