A mental health services provider in Worthing is seeking a proactive support worker for predominately night shifts, engaging with patients and ensuring their safety. Qualified candidates with NVQ level 3 or equivalent and experience in mental health are encouraged to apply. This role offers opportunities for skill development and flexible working arrangements.

The role is for a permanent support worker working 30 hours a week, predominately nights. The hours are 19:00 to 07:30. The role involves supporting the nurse in charge to deliver care. We are looking for a proactive support worker to work predominately night shifts at Shepherd House, however some day time working may be available. We are an 15 bed inpatient Rehabilitation Ward for adults with complex and enduring mental health diagnoses.
