A large NHS trust in the UK is seeking a dedicated professional with significant experience in cardiology cath lab. The role emphasizes the importance of excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior staff. You will be expected to support the Senior Sister and Charge Nurse while participating in a patient-centered care improvement journey. This position offers ample opportunities for professional development, guided by a supportive Education Sister.
You will need significant experience in cardiology cath lab and be able to demonstrate advanced knowledge. You will be expected to take an active role in helping us to continuously improve on our patient centred care.
Excellent communication skills are essential with a proven ability to support; mentor & line manage junior staff. Applicants will be expected to support the Senior Sister and Charge Nurse both clinically and operationally with the role offering significant development opportunities for the successful candidate.
Our cath lab is lucky enough to have their own dedicated Education Sister who supports all staff in their development and works closely with new starters.
