A national health service provider is seeking a Band 3 Health Care Assistant to join the Holderness Community Nursing Team. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes and across various sites. Ideal candidates will have Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care. Full training and support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to develop new skills in a compassionate team. A UK driving licence is required.
We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Health Care Assistant to work within the Holderness Community Nursing Team for the Integrated Nursing and Conditions services within CHCP CIC. This position will be based at Withernsea Hospital.
Hours available, up to full time.
The successful applicant will be joining an integrated community nursing team delivering holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group in their own homes and residential settings. You will be joining a dynamic and proactive nursing team working in partnership with associated health and social care providers. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative. Experience of community nursing is advantageous but not essential as full training, support and development will be provided.
Due to the nature of the post the applicant will be expected to travel across many sites within the Hull & East Riding area providing care in the community, therefore would need to demonstrate that they could do this safely and effectively using their own vehicle and must have a UK driving licence with business use insurance and the vehicle must be suitable for business purposes. Whilst a base will be identified, staff can be asked to work anywhere within Hull & East Riding.
