The Role

We are seeking Domiciliary Health Care Assistants to join our expanding team. This role involves providing personal care, companionship, and support with daily living tasks to clients in their own homes. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care and support in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Assist with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Support with meal preparation, medication prompts, and household duties.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of care delivered.
